I produced social media posts and newsletter ads for a city council candidate leading up to the primary and general elections. For the first few ads(bottom of this page), I focused on a more personable and informal tone to introduce Meredith Scheuermann and make her relatable. ,In the posts leading up to both election dates(top of the page), I took more of a focus on what she stands for and what policies she would push for. I also gave those ads a more formal and trustworthy tone, utilizing a newly taken profile picture I was provided and a simpler, neater layout.
